Nutrition Packages
Drop 20 in 8 Nutrition Coaching & Meal Planning Program (virtual program)
The goal of this program is to get you comfortable with what to eat to get the results you're looking for while maintaining balance as well as meal planning and food prepping in 8 weeks.
You will learn:
-How to create a balanced meal
-How many times to eat per day
-How to use portion control so that you don’t have to ever count another calorie
-How not to get tricked with food labels
-How to create your weekly meal plan where you can still eat your favorite foods
-Meal prepping for 10min dinners
-How to dine out with friends and not look like you’re on a diet
-Indulgent Meals & Alcohol
We will kick off the program with our 7 Day Flat Belly Program where you can lose up to 2lbs per DAY while eating real food and healing your gut!
We will also have weekly phone calls where we create your meal plan together based on your week, lifestyle and preferences for cooking. You will then receive your meal plan with recipes and a grocery list for each week.
We will also take a look at your current exercise program to ensure the best results!

Create a Fat Burning Kitchen Makeover (virtual and in-person)
This program is all about aligning your kitchen with your weight loss goals!
We will go through all areas of your kitchen (pantry, fridge, freezer) and get rid of the things that aren't serving you or your goals and replace them with the foods that will.
Then you'll get walked through what you need to create a fat burning kitchen, from de-cluttering, to tools, to oils, to spices and seasoning blends. We top that off with a grocery store tour, and meal planning for your goals so that you have a kitchen that aligns with your goals!
This can easily be an add on to the Drop 20 in 8 program!
