"With Me" Series!
2 weeks ago (for many), our lives got flipped, turned upside down (Fresh Prince of Bel-air style) with many cities and states going in to a shelter in place. It took away our socializing, our gym time, co-workers (whether we liked them or not, they were still company, lol), and freedom to move around as we choose.
While many gyms are doing online workouts, what seems to be missing most is community and a place to vent and learn methods to stay on track WITHOUT the mention of weight loss every other second (because we have enough to focus on)!
I created this "with me" series to create a space to have somewhere to check in for a sense of normalcy in a time of uncertainty. This is a safe place to chill, vent, escape for a moment, stay healthy, and on track. We still need to stay healthy and keep our immune systems high even without weight loss as a goal.
