The Mix started in November 2014 to solve the problem of getting busy women 35 & up fitting into their favorite clothes again, increasing their energy and confidence without exercising for hours or giving up their favorite foods (or drinks)!
Most people will suck it up and exercise, but they typically don't exercise effectively. They do 20-60min of cardio and when the desired results aren't reached, they cut back on food and get really strict, only to feel frustrated and deprived which will lead to giving into cravings, overeating and starting the entire cycle over again. No one wants to be on a diet! At The Mix, we use a simple, four step approach to getting you the best results in faster time!
