Add this to your coffee for flavor & crazy health benefits!

I love my morning coffee!!

I use one cup black before working out as a pre-workout boost and then have a cup that I flavor with cinnamon and organic, grass-fed cream or half & half. 
Cinnamon is a great way to flavor your coffee without adding sugar, but it also adds in some great health benefits including (but not limited to) these top 5:
  1. High in manganese (essential for bone building), fiber, iron, and calcium
  2. Helps to regulate blood sugar 
  3. Increases your fat burning by preventing the storage of fat by excess glucose and helping you to feel fuller for a longer period of time. Also helps to decrease belly fat
  4. Lowers LDL cholesterol (with just 1/2 tsp a day)
  5. Helps with arthritis pain when added to honey (1tsp cinnamon, 1TBSP honey) first thing in the morning

So add a tsp or more (to taste) to your coffee and enjoy the flavor and benefits!
