Losing 17lbs in less than 2 months is an amazing feat in and of itself, but to do it while traveling 2-4 days out of the week every week is almost unheard of.
Now imagine that happening while eating out at restaurants and making things like pizza, wings, tacos, beef & broccoli and nachos you'd think that I was downright lying to you. However, the proof is in the pictures! Meet my fab client N. Woods. She's a 40-something professional who travels for work 2-4 days out of the week. She came to me with the goal of losing 20lbs in 90 days and more specifically losing belly fat and kicking her sugar and carb cravings.
