Nutrition Coaching & Meal Planning

You'll never diet again!


Nutrition Coaching at The Mix makes dieting a thing of the past! We show you how to eat for the body you want without giving up everything you enjoy!

Here's what you'll learn during our nutrition coaching sessions:
  • Change your relationship with food. There is more to life than counting calories, macros, points, etc. Not only is it not sustainable, it puts you in a "good vs bad", and "deprivation vs reward" mindset when it comes to food. When you have a better relationship with food, there's no need for a "cheat meal" or "cheat day". Your cravings go away and you only eat when you're hungry and stop when satisfied naturally. 
  • Learn to shop for the best quality foods. You do not have to buy everything organic to have the best health. Learn how to make the best choices for you and your budget. If needed, grocery store tours are also available.
  • Weekly meal planning. We believe in teaching you how to eat. Making a meal plan for you seems similar to telling you what clothes to wear for the week whether you like it or not. We will take you through the process of creating a meal plan based on your food preferences, lifestyle, budget, goals and based on if you even like to cook or not. That way, you have a plan, recipes for delicious meals and you will start looking forward to  your meals for the week. Best part? You'll save money by walking into the store with a plan so you don't keep throwing away food. 
  • Kitchen Makeovers! Not sure where to start on your healthy eating journey? Well, we can start with what you have. We will set your kitchen up for success ensuring you have all the tools, foods, herbs and spices for a healthy, flavorful kitchen.
  • How to make the best decisions when traveling, dining out or when things don't go according to plan and you're eating on the go! 
  • Learn the art of strategic eating so that you can still enjoy wine, pasta and desserts when out with friends without guilt or damaging your goals! 

All of our nutrition coaching clients have the option of going through our 14 day Reboot program where you'll kick cravings, jumpstart your metabolism and lose 10lbs or more all while eating real foods!

This program is all about aligning your kitchen with your weight loss goals! 
We will go through all areas of your kitchen (pantry, fridge, freezer) and get rid of the things that aren't serving you or your goals and replace them with the foods that will.
Then you'll get walked through what you need to create a fat burning kitchen, from de-cluttering, to tools, to oils, to spices and seasoning blends. We top that off with a grocery store tour, and meal planning for your goals so that you have a kitchen that aligns with your goals! 

This can easily be an add on to the Drop 20 in 8 program!
